Driving on the highway too hectic? Need to slow downwards? Hit the civilians? No problem!

Head into the Central part of town. Wait at the map, y'all'll see a massive circle in the uppermost part of the Key surface area. Bulldoze there, preferably with the "Impounded Sports Car" that you get from the first race mission ( Most four hours in the game).

Now that you're supposedly here simply get-go driving in the circle. Later a few seconds (with max speed ofcourse) the counter will pop up. Now only carefully steer your car without letting go of your RT button, and it should come relatively easily. Atleast at night at that place will be absolutely null in front of you on the road, so that is not going to be a problem of any sort, unlike with the Highway solution.

Besides annotation that you'll find a Jade Statue in the tiny shop that is open 24/7, and a health shrine merely a fleck left from the store you hopefully only went into to get the statue.

Might take a few tries since you might accidentally slow downward besides much, simply won't exist hard at all. Even when counting the time to get in that location from your Safehouse you lot'll get the achievement in under 14 minutes.

Besides try to use a car that is as slow as possible. A truck could piece of work well enough.
